MS. MICHELLE MULLIGAN - OWNER/TEACHER
Hi! I’m Ms. Michelle, a mom of three with a passion for teaching. I studied Early Childhood Development at CSU Chico and began my career working with preschool and kindergarten-aged children. I later spent more than 20 years in the corporate world teaching, training, coaching, and mentoring others. In 2021, I decided to return to my passion for education and began teaching on a homeschool campus while homeschooling my youngest daughter, Maddie.
After my experience teaching a homeschool pod, I decided to open my own space to extend my reach. Thats where OC Liberated Learning started! We offer core and enrichment classes, individual tutoring, and homeschool consulting. My mission is to provide a safe, fun environment where students can learn, build friendships, and become part of a strong homeschool community.
OC Liberated Learning is licensed and insured and is an Approved Vendor with Cabrillo Point Academy and SunCoast Prep Academy.
MS. SABRINA JONES - TEACHER/ACTIVITIES DIRECTOR
Hello! I am Ms. Sabrina. I teach a variety of core and enrichment classes as well as leading the creative direction of all OCLL events. I have a passion for teaching that I have been fortunate enough to pursue since 2016. Starting off with after-school youth theater activities and eventually working for local theatre programs for all ages, I have been able to extend my skills of managing and directing to the classroom. No matter the subject, I love to be able to help students develop and grow while having fun and staying engaged with the class. I have been working along side Michelle since 2022 and can not express my pride in watching the students of OCLL thrive not just academically, but also socially!

MS. GINA CARUSO PAPPANASTOS - TEACHER
Hello, I am Ms. Gina! I am a registered physical education and nutrition enrichment teacher with Cabrillo Point under the name Get Fit OC. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Michelle and helping homeschool my daughter, Clara, since 2020.
Beyond physical education, I also help teach core learning standards. I love seeing my students’ faces light up when they really understand a concept and when the children work together to find a solution! I enjoy creative group lessons and activities that encourage teamwork, coordination, and helping students become more attuned to their physical and mental goals.
I am a certified health and wellness coach, certified physical trainer, mandated reporter, and HSLDA advocate for homeschooling teachers.
